After making easy work of Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks in the five games in the NBA Finals, the Boston Celtics are officially NBA champions once again, with the storied franchise now holding the record for the most titles won in the league, breaking the tie with the arch-rival Los Angeles Lakers with 18 Larry O’Brien Trophies.
With the Celtics being as dominant as they were throughout the regular season with a league-leading 64 wins and crushing the competition in the Eastern Conference during the NBA playoffs with only three losses on their way to a title, Boston could be the team to beat for many years to come, as long as they keep their roster intact.
One interesting shift that took place this season, especially during the playoffs, was Jaylen Brown taking over the distinction as the Celtics’ best player over Jayson Tatum, as he won both the Eastern Conference Finals MVP and Finals MVP.
Although this has created some debate recently, there’s no doubt that Brown is playing the best basketball of his career while earning top honors from Celtics legend Paul Pierce for being the best two-way player in the league today via All the Smoke Productions.
“He’s the best two-way player in the league,” Pierce said of Brown.
“He’s the best TWO-WAY PLAYER in the league.”@paulpierce34 has high praise for fellow NBA Finals MVP Jaylen Brown. Do you agree?

Brown has become a legitimate force to be reckoned with on both ends of the basketball floor, and that was never more evident than it was during this playoff run while also locking up Doncic in the Finals.
Unlike some star players who start to regress after signing a lucrative long-term deal, Brown has done the opposite this year, and the sky could be the limit for this budding superstar.
